I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out. Mounted the main image on to thin pink card to give it more stability, using DST. Decoupaged with glue gel.
Added gold glitter to the flames of the candles, and narrow gold border peel offs on the white outline. Finished off with a gold peel off Happy Birthday.
