I printed this sheet off on quality photo paper three times so that I could decoupage the card up well and cut out.
I decoupaged the layers I cut out, using foam pads and added some sparkle using stickles glitter glues.
I added some glittered blue string bows to the hinged ballons and I used Inkssentials Glossy accents on the birds eyes to give a 3D effect.
I really like the hinged cards, very different.
