I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and scored and folded as indicated. I traced its outline onto paper for an insert and attached it. I added a small satin bow and googly eyes as shown to complete it.
This will make a handy addition to my craft stash, as it could be used for many occasions and ages.
