Also includes a matching Gift tag with extras to allow you to decoupage the tag.
By multiple printing of the complete sheet will allow you even to decoupage the large shaped card and then decoupage the tag as a topper for another project/card front.

I printed the image sheet on to heavyweight cardstock and cut out carefully to match back and front. I decided to keep the card simple by just adding gems and a sentiment to cover a variety of occasions.
