I printed onto smooth white card then cut out.I added the base design to a cream card then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,I just lovely that sentiment sure to bring a smile.
I printed onto matte card then mounted onto my card blank using DST. I added the decoupage using foam pads.
Stunning card! I used 'Printmaster', a publishing program, to print onto a bland 6x6 card. I printed the topper onto white card, cut and attached with sticky foam pads. I finished the card off with peel off greeting and boarders and 3D glue.
