Sympathy Frosted Roses

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a dark blue card front. I added some silver peel offs and some dark blue rhinestones. Lastly some glitter to accent the roses

I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I matted the main image onto a white scalloped edged card base. I shaped and decoupaged all the pieces to finish
