Printed onto Crafty Bobs matte paper, trimmed away some of the border with my fancy edge scissors and cut round the anchor, reprinted the anchor and decoupaged, built up the pyramage layers with foam pads, I chose a card blank with a border that looked like waves and it suited the topper, punched holes in the top and threaded white cord through wrapping one end round the anchor and the attached to a wooden anchor, a great design for a man.
I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card. I assembled the elements with silicone glue and added one of the sentiments. great design.
Printed the sheet twice onto Matt photo paper. Cut out the parts I wanted to use for a framed scene. Mounted elements with double sided tape.
