I printed this sheet twice on photo paper, so I could add extra decoupage, and it made cutting the decoupage easier.
I mounted the base image onto blue card, then onto an 8x8 inch card blank.
I added two pieces of 3mm ribbon onto the side of the image, and two bows in the corners. I then used 1mm foam pads, and glue gel to add the layers.
