I attached the main picture to an A5 card blank with double sided tape. I added the layers with foam pads.

Made it for my previous manager and got everyone to sign it. It was quick and easy - just print, cut out the elements, used foam tape to adhere to the base topper, then adhered onto black cardstock which I used to create the card base. Added the gold peel-off "Congratulations" and a couple of gold stars. Furthermore, added a plain white insert, so that there was plenty of room for everyone in our department to sign.
