The sheet has been printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a dark green pearlesent card as my base. I mounted a piece of the backing paper onto green mirri card. I distressed the backing paper a little to create a worn look.
I wound a piece a green satin ribbon accross the middle. I mounted the base layer onto some green mirri card. I layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I attached some of the green satin ribbon towards the bottom and used one of the greetings on top. I used some brads and card candy to finish.
