Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I matted the base image to black card and then placed it onto a white 8 x 8 card using d.s tape.
I then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I placed Congratulations on the front of the card and added the matching insert (cup633690_437) inside to finish the card.
