This is a really lavish card to say a special Thank You to that special lady who has cared for you.
I have designed this card to be for a Foster Mother or someone who has been like a mum, as I feel that this is an area that is missed in traditional card shops.
I have included a plate with 'Mum' on it as well as this would also be a lovely card for a mother - they deserve a thank you too!

I attached the main picture to an A5 card blank and added the decoupage with foam pads. I added a gold border, diamante to the banner and glitter to the rose and parts of the ornate frame.
