A Vintage Birthday in Sepia

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I made several snips into the tassels with my scissors to give a more realistic effect. This lovely card can be used for many occasions. Just add the greeting of your choice.
