I printed this on to 250gsm white card and cut it out. I scored and folded the card, made my own insert for it.
I finished off the front with some purple glitter around edges of the shoe, a 'with love' peel off plus some hearts and placed a mauve ribbon 'bookmark' over the top.

I printed twice onto good quality white card and cut out the main image. I cut the front layer of the book from the 2nd print and added foam pads.
