I printed out onto 220 gram card then mounted on a 8 by 8 card using DST ,i decoupaged with sticky pads.

PRINTED THIS ON WHITE CARD STOCK. CUT IT ALL OUT AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I GLUED SCRAPBOOK PAPER ON A BLANK CARD FOR THE BACKGROUND THEN I GLUED THE TOPPER ON THAT. I USED GOLD METALLIC PAPER FOR THE BORDERS.
FOR THE SIDE BORDERS I PUT A THIN STRIP OF THE METALLIC PAPER ON THE SCRAPBOOK PAPER THEN A PUNCH B0RDER 0N TOP 0F THAT SO THE GOLD WILL SHOW THROUGH THE HOLES THEN I USED BLACK GLITTER TO OUT LINE ALL THE ART WORK
