I attached a piece of backing paper to my card blank. I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to my backing paper and added the layers with foam pads. I also added sparkle to the hat.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to mint glitter card, then on to a card. Layered. Added snowflakes, glitter and a sentiment. A gorgeous design in very pretty colours.
