I printed this gorgeous design otno photo card and cut out the extra panel, running double sided tape along the edge and 3d foampads behind the scallops, giving dimension.
I added glitter, butterfly gems, peel off 'happy birthday' and purple glitzy thread.
I matted onto backing paper from my craft box and a white deckle edge card. I made up the bookmark and would also laminate if giving as a gift. You could add a pocket inside the card and pop the bookmark in, a card and a gift in one!
