Charles (multi Uses) Scalloped Edge Envelope Card
this is a scalloped edge envelope card with decoupage of a king charles spaniel with a heart and a white dove sat on a birdcage on a subtle background which can be used as a valentines day card, wifes birthday, girlfriend, lover or any romantic card

I printed the sheet on glossy photo paper. I added a piece of blue and white patterned paper to a white card and mounted the base sheet onto the card.
I then raised the scalloped flap with foam strips.
I used a little bit of Glossy Accent on the eyes and around the heart. I finished it with a tiny white pearl on the bottom of the birdcage and larger white pearls along each side.
Such a cute little guy. This card makes you want to pick him up and give him a hug. An easy to make sweet and elegant image.
