I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attched base to white card with punched out edge, added black card behind punched out edge, attached topper and decoupage with foam pads and finished with red pearls to flower centres, red gems to border and clear glaze to perfume top.
A great design for the fashion concious person.
