Printed onto good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out. Attached main piece to white glimmer card base. Attached sentiment using foam pads.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the candle flame to enhance this gorgeous design.
