After cutting this design out I placed the base layer onto green card stock. I then decoupaged the toher pieces of the design on top. To complete the card I put stars at each corner.

I printed this on good quality matte double sided photo paper. I used red coloured card topped with bright green coloured glitter card as the background, adhered with double sided tape.
For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the remaining layers.
Finished off with white trim and stickles glitter.
