Printed on glossy photo paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
This is a lovely design.

Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Before cutting out the main piece I attached it to white card stock using double sided sticky tape about two inches from the top, I then cut out forming the card base.
Attached 3d pieces using foam pads.
So easy to make and elegant looking.
