I printed the My Life, My Love Quick Card sheet and cut some parts out. First I attached white, blue decorated polyester ribbon around the topper part. Then I attached the topper on a white, embossed and pearlescent sheet of paper.
I trimmed the edges to leave a 2 cm border. Then I attached my card front on a blue card base leaving a 2 mm blue border. I added one decoupage layer and decorated the card with a big ribbon bow.
