I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to a card blank and added the layers with foam pads. I also added diamante to the centre of the flowers and to 2 corners of the card.
First before printing I typed Happy Birthday to the top left of the design. I placed the base layer onto good quality card stock and then decoupaged the remaining elements on top. To complete the card I added tiny amounts of clear glitter to the bottom of the dress.
