Diamonds Are a Girls Best Friend

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a red C5 card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design for a birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.

I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.
