I resized the image to print on to half A4. Mounted the topper on to black card, rose patterned paper, black card, then finally a red card base. Edged the oval topper with black lace and layered with foam pads. Layered the other elements.
Finished with a pink ribbon rose and red gems. A very pretty design.
