I used a white card blank and added the topper. I then cut and glued the various decoupage elements using silicone glue. To complete the card I added some black glitter glue to the centre of the flowers and round the neck of the dress.
I also used some gold glitter glue on the champagne glasses. I added a peel off sentiment and gold borders.
