I printed onto good quality matte photo paper then carefully cut out all the pieces with a craft knife. I mounted the main image onto purple star mirror card then onto a plain white card blank.
I then added the decoupage layers step by step using sticky foam pads to complete. A lovely card that can be used for many occasions.
