I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage. I scored and folded an A4 card landscape. I attached backing paper Rainbow Flowers, cUp 107311_174, to the card using double sided tape.
I then attached the design to the card also using double sided tape. I attached the greeting to the card using thin foam tape.
