A very cute design printed onto A5 matte photo paper. Then cut out the elements and attached them using 2mm foam dots. I then attached the design to a blank white A5 card using d/s tape.
Could be embellished further, but he was so cute as is that I didn't want to spoil him. Suitable for child or adult and also for occasions other than get well.
