The sheet was printed onto glossy photo paper and the elements were cut out. I took an A4 sheet of Centura Pearl Snow White card and scored and folded it to make an A5 card.
I stuck the base image directly onto the card before attaching the blank greetings pannel with 1mm deep double sided foam tape.
I used the same tape to build up the side staker pannels to the flower image. I finished off the card with some blue holographic peeloffs.
