The sheet was printed out onto super smooth white card and the elements cut out. A tent fold white card was trimmed to be just half a centemeter larger than the base image in all directions and the base shirt image was stuck on.
The edges of the colar and cuff was highlighted by running a blue metalic marker just aroud the edge and these were stuck to the card with 1mm deep double sided foam tape.
Foam squares were used to stick on the button elements
