I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.

I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper, and cut out. Added the base image on to a white 7x7, scalloped edge card using DST, then added the decoupage with glue gel.
Added liquid pearls for extra decoration.
