I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock and then decoupaged the remaining elements on top.

I printed on to parchment paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to handmade paper and wrapped with raffia. Then placed on to an A6 Kraft card. Layered. tied a knot in the raffia and added a wooden angel.. A gorgeous, vintage style design.
