Printed on matte photo paper. I layered the topper with two other papers onto a white card, added the decoupage and sentiment with foam pads, and finished with a bow, some gems, and a bit of glitter.
This is one of the prettiest Christmas scene cards I've seen, and would lend itself to many different ways of making it.
