I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the main image onto an A5 card.
I added the layers using sticky pads (thicker ones for the third panel to make it stand up more) and finished with a caption and some gold starry peel off borders.

I printed the image out onto good quality paper and decoupaged one panel with 3d foam. I layered the topper onto some nice bright dotty card for contrast and packaged it with a bright yellow envelope.
