I printed the sheet onto smooth white card,then cut out all the elements,I then matted a blank card with black textured paper,then added the base design,and added the decoupage with foam pads, to finish I added three gold gemstones to the side a black gemstone to the tag and a greeting, A lovely bright card,suitable for many occasion.
