I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the panel and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the age using thin foam tape.
I printed this image onto matte photo paper and decoupaged all the elements with foam pads. I matted and layered onto a co-ordinating striped paper and then placed onto white card stock. |I added some glitter glue to the water to give a shimmering effect.
