No Laughing Matter

I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock and then decoupaged the remaining elements on top.

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a white 8x8 scalloped card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a wonderful design, which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
