I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A4 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I kept the card shape the same as the mobile phone. keeping it simple I just added some diamond stickles to the teeth to make them shine...
