I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a red card front. I added the tag included and some red rhinestones in corners.

I printed the design on a glossy photo paper and cut it out, attached to a blue cardstock, and made a 3D with foam pads.
It's a very beautiful design !
