I mounted onto an A5 plain card and decoupaged using sticky pads. I added a black die-cut golfer and tied a black cord bow down the spine to finish

I printed the sheet onto A5 size matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image onto an A6 card.
I added the layers using sticky pads. Any greeting can be added as required. Just let me know.
