I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added gems to those on the design.
At last Stella gives us older people something to feel good about!!!! Quick and easy to make this card will be great for ladies of a certain age - and with a sense of humour.
