Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added gem.

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. I finished by adding gems to those on the design.
I am really with Stella on this one- a great card for ladies of a certain age???????
