Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added gems.

I printed this sheet onto 190gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. I am just like Stella - I think!! I don't know what I was going to say!!!.
