Quick card. Printed on high quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached pieces using foam pads for 3-D effect. Added jewels. Attached card base to white card stock using sticky tape.

I printed onto smooth white card then cut out
I added the base design to a scalloped card and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads and finished with gemstones to the corners.Sure to bring a smile.
