a quick make topper sheet featuring Rita who has been celebrating her birthday and appears to have had one too many, her comment being.... It's my birthday and the last thing I can remember saying was "one more can't hurt"

Printed onto Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements. Used DST to attach Topper to a white card. Used foam pads to attach the Decoupage. To finish I put Crystal Glitter onto the gems, and red glitter on the Flowers. A fun design.
I printed this sheet onto 160gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added all the decoupage and an age tag using foam pads.
I am sure we can all relate to this card and this is what makes it very important for your stash.
Plus - it is very easy to make.
