I printed the sheet on 160gsm card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I matted the topper on to white/pink spotty paper with DST then attached to a 6x6inch card with DST. I added decoupage with foam pads. Finished with gems and a pearl heart.
Such a pretty design and easy to make up.
