Printed onto glossy photo paper, I cut out the decoupage and mounted using foam pads. I attached to a white card blank and finished by adding clear crystal gems to the bow etc and some tiny green gems to the champagne bubbles. A fun card for a fun loving girl.

I printed the file onto 200gsm glossy paper and cut out the parts. I attached the base image to a folded pearlised card with pink accents using DST.I layered with 2mm foam tape, and added cristal stickles to the bow,text, champagne bubbles and glass.
I added pink patterned card candi to the upper corner and strawberry pink shimmer card candi to the opposite lower corner. A feminine design, sure to get any Birthday girl into the party spirit! Fab card!!
