Elegant Lady with Flutters
A gorgeous ladies quick card with additional lady decoupage items, butterfly toppers and a matching smaller gift tag topper. xk

I printed the image on photopaper. Cut out the parts and layered with foam tape. I added some crystal stickles on the butterflies.
 onto a caffe latte cardstock, I added the cream and gold bow down the LH side. I accentuated the flutters by using hot pink Liquid Pearls around their edges. I added a number of gold Liquid Pearl dots around the frame edge on the bottom RH side. Lastly adding a bronze "Happy Birthday" peel-off to the top RH corner. I love how it has turned out. Another stunning design I couldn't resist. I printed the sheet onto smooth white cardstock and cut out the elements. After adhering the decourpage items with foam tape and mounting the base topper (with DST) onto a caffe latte cardstock, I added the cream and gold bow down the LH side.
